Appointment of Public Information Officer under Right to Information Act 2005
In pursuance of Section 5(2) of the Right to Information Act 2005, the following officer of Kamarajar Port Limited is designated as Public Information Officer:

Public Information Officer shall perform his duties as envisaged in the Right to Information Act, 2005. He shall deal with requests from persons seeking information and render reasonable assistance to the persons seeking such information. He may seek the assistance of any other officer as he considers necessary for the proper discharge of his duties.
In pursuance of Section 19(1) of the Right to Information Act, General Manager (CS&BBD), Kamarajar Port Limited is hereby appointed as Appellate Authority. His Tel. सूचना का अधिकार अधिनियम 2005 की धारा 5(2) के अनुसार, कामराज पोर्ट लिमिटेड के निम्नलिखित अधिकारी को लोक सूचना अधिकारी के रूप में नामित किया जाता है:

लोक सूचना अधिकारी सूचना का अधिकार अधिनियम, 2005 में निर्धारित कर्तव्यों का पालन करेगा। वह सूचना चाहने वाले व्यक्तियों के अनुरोधों पर विचार करेगा और उन्हें उचित सहायता प्रदान करेगा। वह अपने कर्तव्यों के उचित निर्वहन के लिए आवश्यक समझे जाने पर किसी अन्य अधिकारी की सहायता ले सकता है.
