As part of its commitment to maintaining high standards of integrity and ethical governance, the Vigilance Department closely monitors disciplinary matters and ensures due process in all vigilance-related actions.

(ii) Finalised for minor penalty or major penalty proceedings: NIL

कामराजार पोर्ट लिमिटेड (केपीएल) में सतर्कता प्रशासन पारदर्शिता, निष्पक्षता तथा स्थापित नियमों और प्रक्रियाओं के अनुपालन पर विशेष बल देते हुए कार्य करता है।
उच्च स्तर की सत्यनिष्ठा और नैतिक शासन को बनाए रखने की अपनी प्रतिबद्धता के तहत, सतर्कता विभाग अनुशासनात्मक मामलों की सतत निगरानी करता है तथा सभी सतर्कता संबंधी कार्यवाहियों में नियमानुसार प्रक्रिया सुनिश्चित करता है।
जिन कर्मचारियों के विरुद्ध अनुशासनात्मक कार्रवाई प्रस्तावित अथवा की गई है उनकी संख्या:
(i) लघु दंड अथवा प्रमुख दंड कार्यवाही लंबित: शून्य
(ii) लघु दंड अथवा प्रमुख दंड कार्यवाही निस्तारित: शून्य
उपर्युक्त स्थिति संगठन में प्रभावी सतर्कता प्रणाली को दर्शाती है तथा कंपनी के सभी स्तरों पर अनुपालन, नैतिक आचरण और निवारक सतर्कता की संस्कृति को बढ़ावा देने के लिए किए जा रहे सतत प्रयासों को प्रतिबिंबित करती है।
